Problem

Research groups and digital-health teams needed apps that patients and clinicians would actually use every day, with data reliable enough for research and alerts that reach the right person.

Approach

We built a daily symptom check-in with push reminders and alert rules defined by clinicians; a guided prehospital stroke-assessment scale with videos in three languages and a case registry that compares predicted and actual diagnoses; a gamified wellbeing programme with five modules, 50 lessons, streaks, badges and a mood log, delivered as a drop-in package for a cancer-patient app; and a daily micro-challenge habit app with an analytics dashboard.

Outcome

Patients get short daily routines on their phone, clinicians are alerted by the rules they set, and research teams work from structured data in a dashboard.
