Pilot

Start small: a working prototype on one real process, in one to two weeks.

Before you commit to a full project, we build an automation or AI prototype on a single process from your business, using your real data and tools. You see what works, what it would take and whether it is worth going further.

What the pilot includes.

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed after a free intro call. You know exactly what you get and what it costs before any work begins.

  • One process, chosen together

In the intro call we pick one process where the gain is clear and measurable: incoming orders, enquiries, documents or a report someone builds by hand every week.

  • A short scope in writing

One page with the goal, the inputs, what the prototype will do and how we will judge success. Agreed with you before we start.

  • A working prototype on your data

Not a slide deck. We build the automation or AI step and run it on real examples from your business, connected to your tools where that is possible within the pilot.

  • A demo and a review with your team

We show the prototype working, go through the results with the people who do the work today and note what they would change.

What you have at the end.

  1. A working prototype

Software you can see and try, running on real examples. If you go ahead, the full build starts from it rather than from scratch.

  2. A short report

What we built, how well it worked on your data, where the limits are and what we learned about the process. Written for decision makers, in a few pages.

  3. A plan and estimate for the full build

The scope, timeline and estimated cost of a production version, including deployment and maintenance, so you can decide with real numbers in hand.

From kick-off to handover.

  1. Week 1

    Understand and build.

    • Kick-off with the people who know the process
    • Collect real examples and access to the tools involved
    • Build the first version of the prototype
    • Short check-in at the end of the week
  2. Week 2

    Test, refine and hand over.

    • Run the prototype on a wider set of real cases
    • Improve accuracy and handle the edge cases that matter
    • Demo and review with your team
    • Report, plan and estimate for the full build

Who it suits.

  • You have a process that takes hours of manual work every week and want to know if it can be automated
  • You are curious about AI but want proof on your own data before investing in a full project
  • You need something concrete to show management or colleagues before a larger decision
  • You want to see how we work before you commit to a bigger project with us

After the pilot.

What happens next is up to you.

If the pilot shows the idea works, we turn the prototype into production software, deploy it and maintain it, following the plan from the report. If it shows the idea is not worth pursuing, you have learned that in a week or two instead of months, and you keep the prototype and the report. There is no obligation to continue.

Questions about the pilot.

How much does a pilot cost?

Each pilot has a fixed scope and a fixed price, agreed after a free intro call once we understand the process. You receive the price in writing before any work begins, and it does not change during the pilot.

What do you need from us?

One person who knows the process well, a set of real examples (emails, documents, exports) and access to the tools involved, or test access if you prefer. Plan for a kick-off, a short check-in and a final review: a few hours of your team’s time in total.

Is our data safe during the pilot?

We work under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), sign a data processing agreement where needed and only use AI providers and settings that do not train on your data. If you prefer, we can work with anonymised or test data.

Who owns the prototype?

You do. The prototype, the code we wrote for it and the report are yours, whether or not you continue with a full project.

Can the pilot become the full project?

Yes, that is the idea. The report includes a plan and estimate for the production version, and the build starts from the prototype, so the time spent on the pilot is not lost.
